Reservation Cancellation Policy

If you did not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you are still responsible for the full amount of your reservation plus the $75 per person cancellation fee.

If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance.

Any changes made to your booking after the Final Payment Due Date will be subject to at least a $25 per person change fee -- this includes but is not limited to new reservations or additions of new travelers or an extension of nights. Any added nights or travelers to a booking must be paid for in full upfront before the request is confirmed.

Suites in Casa Fuego offer an exclusive and sophisticated adults-only experience. The most iconic rooftop in the Mayan Riviera, Casa Fuego is great for couples who are looking for exclusiveness, private spaces and butler service. This Casa has its own reception, gym and Italian-Mexican food restaurant, under the care of our chef Franco Maddalozzo.

There are only a certain number of rooms available in each category and they are available on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in a particular room category, we highly encourage you to book your reservation as soon as possible. 

If you would like to upgrade to a different room category (not listed above) you have the option to do so based on availability, all you need to do is let MarieSam know the upgraded room category you are interested in when you contact her.
