PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
Please note that up to date passports are necessary for all travelers and all existing passports must be good for the entire duration of your stay per current U.S. and Mexico regulations. Also, the earlier you get your passport the cheaper it is so you can avoid expedited processing charges. FLIGHTS
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the best airport to fly into. If needed, MarieSam can help you book flights to get you the best price at no additional charge. 

All flights should arrive and depart from Cancun International Airport. When you book through MarieSam, the airport transfers to and from Hotel Xcaret Mexico will also be included in the price of lodging. The estimated time from the Cancun International Airport to start your vacation at Hotel Xcaret Resort is approximately 70 minutes.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We have reserved a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at Hotel Xcaret Mexico, an all-inclusive resort 40 miles south of Cancun International Airport (CUN). Our travel coordinator, MarieSam, will be your go-to when it comes to booking a room, as well as helping you book your roundtrip flights.  

**We kindly ask that you DO NOT book rooms directly through the hotel or on an online travel websites as they will be 1) more expensive for you and 2) because your reservation made through the group block will help secure special amenities and perks for the entire group.**
